In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Everbright Lighting and Hydro Pressure Washing LLC. By using this website or asking us for an estimate or any service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website or request our services.
Using this website
The website is here to tell you about our Christmas lighting and permanent track lighting services and to let you ask for a free estimate. Please use it lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it, copy it in bulk, or use it to send us anything harmful or misleading.
We work to keep the information on the site accurate, but it is general information and may change without notice.
Free estimates
Estimates are free and come with no obligation. We don’t post prices online because every property is different. An estimate is based on what we can see and what you tell us, and it is not a contract.
A job is booked only when you and we have agreed the scope, price and timing in writing (for example, by you accepting our written estimate or agreement). If conditions at your property turn out to differ from what was discussed, we may need to update the estimate before work continues.
Our services
We offer custom Christmas lighting design, supply, installation, in-season maintenance and post-season removal, as well as permanent track lighting, for homes and businesses. What is lit, in which colors, and on what schedule is set out in your estimate or agreement.
For Christmas displays, the lights and materials we supply are used for your display and removed by us after the season. What stays on your property after an installation (for example, a permanent track system) is described in your agreement.
Scheduling and weather
We confirm installation, service and removal dates with you. Weather and safety conditions can require us to reschedule, and we’ll let you know if that happens.
Your property and access
You confirm that you own the property or have the owner’s permission to have us work on it. Please give us safe access and tell us about anything we should know before we start, such as hazards, pets, or areas that must not be touched. We may decline or stop work that we judge to be unsafe.
Pricing and payment
Prices and payment terms are set out in the written estimate, agreement or invoice we give you. If they differ from anything on this website, the written estimate or agreement controls.
Photos and design concepts
Pictures on this website show examples of lighting styles and our work. Images labeled “Design concept” are illustrations, not completed installations. Results vary with each property.
The Everbright Lighting name, logo and the content of this website may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Information you send us
We use the details you submit through our forms to respond to your request and arrange your estimate. Please don’t send sensitive information, such as payment card numbers or government ID numbers, through the website forms.
Limits of liability
The website is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that result from using the website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law.
